CHILDREN’S BOOK AWARD NOMINATIONS
Here is the list of the twenty Rhode Island Children's Book Award Nominees. Students in grades 3-5 must read 5 of the 20 books and complete 5 projects in order to participate in the Rooster Games in June. Participation is not mandatory. Projects may be posters, book talks, book trailers, dioramas, or book reports. All work must be handed in to Ms. Laplante or Mrs. Phillips by May 31, 2017. Due to the numerous amount of students wanting to participate, book availability in our library may be limited. Students are welcome to place books on hold, but they also have the option of checking the Woonsocket Harris Public Library or purchasing the books too. Hope you enjoy these great reads!
